I had a vile and intimidating experience at butterfly fabrics this afternoon when I witnessed the owner of the shop verbally abusing two customers one after the other..He swore about them once they d left the premises. When I asked if he was the owner he turned on me and was extremely abusive and threatening to me. He swore horribly at me and told me to get out of his shop. I have never experienced anything quite like this and was so shaken and upset by the experience I didn't know whether to call the police or not because I felt so threatened by his verbal abuse and his aggressive body language. I can't believe customers should put up with his misogynistic view of the world. I would urge the fabric buying people of Cardiff not to fraternity this business.
