Took a booking to pick up from Fox pub in Chaddesley Corbet at !0:45, did not turn up, when phoned said that they were busy and probably could out to pick up, that then gave out numbers for two taxis firms from kiddie and said to try them. it now being well after 11pm as expected they were busy locally, so two young musicians were left with their expensive equipment outside the closed pub where that had just performed.
When complained to the next morning they said 'pick ups from outside town usually require payment in advance, but this was not asked for! and that the drivers are self employed so Gold n black cannot guarantee the pick up!!!
