I paid a deposit (clearly stated on the receipt) for a ring and was going to pay in instalments, we had a verbal agreement that the rings will be made only after the balance was paid in full, unfortunately after a few instalments the ring was no longer needed. I asked for a refund of the instalments that were made. I was told no due to them making the ring already, their error!
I have also been threatened verbally with bad reviews on my business if I write a bad review for my experience.
