DO NOT USE. Guy Kenny and Michael Kenny installed my windows. Both are a director of Empire Bifolding Doors Ltd who supplied the windows, doors and BI folds. I paid £18,000 for the products and £2,000 cash for them to install. It was the worst experience I have encountered in my life! Guy measured up and the both installed them (Michael was representing his other company North Norfolk Glaziers - well he was in his van anyway). Here's some of the things that happened:
- All windows were fitted too far forward and so building control said that they had to be refitted by a professional as they didn't meet regulations. They basically provided cills that were too narrow, so instead of not fitting them and ordering correct cills, they fitted all the windows in the wrong position!

- The windows were not measured correctly and were supplied as much as 2 inches too small!

- There were huge gaps and the muppets filled them with bucket loads of horrible foam that they got EVERYWHERE and looked ridiculous.

- The windows were fitted on the skew.

- The £6,000 bi folds fell out when you open them! This is not a joke or exaggeration… they literally fell out every time they were opened!

- They didn’t fit the gaskets many of the windows or doors so the glass literally rattled in the wind.

- I paid him £500 for replacement cills to get the job done. I found out that they had no intention of supplying the cills, put in writing that they would give me this money back but never have. I believe this money was taken from me fraudulently. I would therefore class these two as conmen!

I have pages and pages of things that were wrong. I ended up having to pay to have them all removed, cleaned up and refitted with the correct cills. My solicitors have said that he has been clever and has no assets in his name and therefore there is little point in pursuing through court.

Because of these ****s I am over £5,000 out of pocket. DO NOT USE EVEN IF THEY ARE THE LAST COMPANY ON THE PLANET! 10 year olds would do a better job! There are lots of people out there who have been ripped off by these muppets. Anyone having dealt with Guy will know that he denies EVERYTHING and acts like a spoilt little brat.
