I took my car here on the recommendation of JRT Motor Services after someone damaged my bumper and headlight. I asked Derek to do the repairs and also repair any other scratches and stone chips. They had my car for 3 days and when I came to collect it they had only fixed the bumper damage and changed the headlight and I had to remind him to do the rest which he did with some grumbling. I didn't inspect the car too closely, just where the damage had been which looked good.
I took the car the next day to use as a part exchange for another car and the dealer pointed out a number of issues with the repair work. The bumper had not been removed for the respray and the edge of the panel was covered in excess paint ripples and runs. The bumper fixing points had not been realigned which left a big gap between the wing and the bumper. As the stone chips and scratches had been done last minute they hadn't been finished properly. The dealer wanted me to take the car back to be redone but after some negotiations we did the deal.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
