I took my car in to Globe Motors to have the sills welded. I stated several times that it needed to pass an MOT. We took the car in at 9am and they said they would call us. We had to call them at 5pm because we hadn't heard from them. They hadn't finished the job but said it would be done by the time we got there. When we arrived they were reftting the carpets, we paid and left.

Next day we took the car to a mechanic for some other work who noticed that the welder at Globe Motors had missed a hole that needed welding. We took the car back, he promised to fit us in the next day. We took the car back and told him it needed to be done asap as it was saturday and the MOT was due on Monday. He kept it for 7 hours. We rang him and he said he hadn't got round to it.

We later discovered that the welding he HAD done previously wasn't even enough to get it through the MOT like we stated, therefore it he had been able to fit us in for the extra work, it still wouldn't have been enough.

We have paid this guy £150 and now we will have to pay for a new MOT and for the work to be done properly by someone else.

He doesn't even deserve one star. He's a conman.

I gave my Mercedes S class to be resprayed it should have been a simple job which has now escalated into a nightmare. The car had been completely stripped down and resprayed, the problem is after numerous visits the car is still in that state with no sign of it been completed. This company is absolutely shocking in the manner which they have handled this. Mr Cunningham and son are complete fraudsters. Each time I went for an update I was told so many excuses and lies, I have demanded my car back but they are refusing to speak to me or answer my emails. I have had no choice but to pursue this matter through the courts. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
