Prashar's DIY is one of the best stores I have been to. Thanks to the recomendation of my friend, as he is a regular visiter to the shop and always praise for the shop.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff got so much knowldge on every product, they can guide you to a right direction for your home needs and save you the money. The store has a very vast range of products, you name it they got it. The display of the isles are very organised and well stocked.
Prices are very very compatible in fact they very low compare to the competetors. I have to spend a bit of time in the shop as my shoping list was endless, they lookafter every customer and service on the till was great, everything was barcoded and scaned, it was quick and properly itemised reciept has been issued. I was so pleased that I made an other trip to the shop with my gas engneer for plumbing fittings as we were instaling a new cooker and we got there everything what my engneer needed, he was very pleased as well. My engeneer very impressed with Mr. Prashar at his knowledge on gas and fittings and right advice. No wonder shop is a very shop. I am very pleased with everything I bought and I will visit again. I will recomend to all my friends.

WORST SHOP EVER , worst service provided , the man is so rude And disrespectful.
He doesn't refund anything , and forces you to but things you dont want to buy , and when you dont buy them he moans and refuses to serve you !
How can someone be so abrupt and horrid
The shop is a total mess , and not very safe you cannot Walk in the isle without tripping over something.
The products are very pricey!
Such as something simple as garden gloves (cheap disposable ones) at a price of £4 a pair !
Ive been to shops where they sell a pair for 35p! The same brand , same colour ! Everything!
So expensive!
Never going to that shop again 20-04-14
