Dreadful. So many mistakes made. Has cost us a fortune to put right all the errors. Doesn't start work till after 9.30 and leaves before 3.30 and charges you for a full days pay. Neighbours have since told us conversations that have gone on between the 'lads' working on site whilst we were at work. Just wish they had told us much earlier. Apparently they were 'f.....g off to the pub as they hadn't a clue what they were supposed to be doing. The language was appalling and neighbours complained as there were young children playing out (it was the summer holidays). I don't know how to take off this single star, cos that's over rating him!
