Bought a Honda CRV in April from this dealer. I paid over £6k for it . Four and a half months later I am faced with either a £4000 bill to get the car back on the road.

He prides himself on 32 years of motor trading!! Sadly his customer care is zero. I contacted him after the car had been to a diesel specialists for diagnosis and he didn’t want to know.

Avoid at all costs. I now have to use public transport as I don’t have the funds to buy another car or have this one repaired. 05-10-14
