Less than 1 star. Rang for a taxi for a dog. Got into taxi with hostile Man, straight away said dog had to sit in footwell (big golden retriever as stated in the phone before), said he couldn't fit and taxi guy became even more hostile. Ordered us to leave his car and left . Rang the office and they hung up pretty swiftly. Not the first time this has happened. DO NOT USE
