avoid this firm, they claim 25yrs excellence on their website but when after 8 years u need warranty work they stall for months before telling you its not the same firm even though its the same people and don't forget the (25yrs excellence) I currently have a County Court Judgement against them, which they are ignoring as they did the court case,

Ideal installed our kitchen and bathroom 8 years ago. The combination boiler they put in is already on its last legs and all the kitchen appliances (fridge freezer, hob and cooker) have all had to be replaced. They install cheap, buget appliances while charging what you would expect to pay for top brands. Stay well clear.
