Horrendous shop and I felt really intimidated when i politely but assertively made a complaint. It didn`t help when a `friend suddenly appeared behind me. I am sure they didn`t intentionally mean to be intimidating !. anyway, I had gotten a £80 repair and within 2 weeks the phone was ghosting. The guy point blank refused to accept responsibility and insisted a small crack to the side of the phone was the cause. I disagree and he even refused to look at the video footage of it ghosting for 4 minutes. He insisted I had dropped the phone. I absolutely 100 % did NOT do that. The guy is quite pleasant- but make a complaint and he changes ! ! . PLEASE do avoid and try elsewhere.
