I took my ipad in a few months ago when the screen smashed was told it would be ready to pick up the next day. when i picked it up though the screen had not been fitted properly and could be lifted off to the extent that you could actually inside the ipad! i took back and they begrudingly retaped it in, as i feared any nudge would shatter the screen. when i picked it up they had broken 3 of my corners and i was told this was just to fit the screen and wasnt an issue, well honestly what a load of rubbish ! the screen broke almost instantly so i decided to put up with it rather than return to the shop again, as i found the owner incredibly rude and intimadating, however the screen got worse so i had no choice but to return it today, to be told not only did the guarentee not cover it but i would need to pay to get the back cover replaced because of the 3 broken corners, that THEY BROKE!!!! Im so angry that im being expected to pay for their sub-standard work and he was so incredibly rude and just walked off whilst i was still trying to explain that the damage to the corners was down to them and that they never bothered to inform me of this. needless to say ill be going else where, and its obvious other people have had similar issues with breakages due to them, overall DISGUSTING work and customer service, go elsewhere unless you fancy paying for repairs 4 times over !
