OMG - beware. We along with some friends and members of their family have paid for 2023 holidays, been given booking references but then found out that our friends who were due to go on holiday in May 2023 hadn’t received their paperwork days before. Having tried to contact Undique/Stuart Loudon failed to get a response. They contacted the hotel to be told their holiday had been cancelled months ago!

This gave us cause for concern, we then contacted the hotel and Emirates airline and although the hotel booking was on their system - this means nothing until the travel agent has made payment to secure the booking. Emirates confirmed no flights had been booked in our names.

Tried continually to get answers from Undique with little to no contact.

Today 14/06/23 some people, not all received this email …

This email is intended to provide a brief position statement on the company

* Undique Travel is in financial difficulties and is no longer trading

* As such, it is regretted that existing bookings are cancelled. If anything changes in this regard as a result of actions to be taken (as outlined below), customers will be notified

* The company is taking instructions from a Law Firm who will advise and legally represent Undique Travel going forward

* Given the situation, the company is further instructed to work and cooperate with Trading Standards Consumer Advice and Consumer Care (0808 223 1133) and will do so with the intention of assisting in the return of customers money as soon as realised (see below)

* Trading Standards will advise customers in this respect and enquiries/requests for further information should be directed to the above contact number

* Return of customers money will be through the sale of our family home which will be going on the market asap

With deepest apologies and regret for this notification

Essentially Stuart Loudon has set out to defraud people, taking money for goods/services not provided, holidays that he had no intention of paying for the accommodation and flights.

So many people have been let down, people who have worked hard to save and sacrifice much to be able to afford to book a holiday. There is no excuse! This is shameful and heartless behaviour to say the least. I wish I could get on the radio and television interviews to discuss this …. Suggested action for those affected:

Contact Action Fraud on line and submit a report - you will get a unique reference number

Send a letter to Undique utilising a template I have sourced from citizens advise, please request a copy

Report to citizens advice (using the number above), they in turn will contact Trading Standards

Report to credit card company/bank asap

I will be happy to set up a WhatsApp group for those affected or communicate by email. For all those affected - this needs to be highlighted and monitored going forward … there’s probably people out there who are affected but don’t know it yet (sadly).

All what Stuart had said or stayed in the past, making excuses or should I say…. Telling Lies has been his way of conspiring to defraud people. He needs to be named and shamed!!!!!
