I dont usually take the time to leave reviews but this was so bad I had to and when i came on here i saw others unhappy with the service people have a right to know. I took my 2 year old vaio to Mr Mark Dobie of 38 Pemberton Road last week, I was promised a quick repair (wish I had done basic research online now) to my laptop computer. He told me my wifi card was faulty and that is why my laptop failed to connect to my new router. He installed me a new wifi adapter (£169.99 he charged, seen them on ebay for less than a tenner he also told me that my processor was burning out and needed replacing, i didnt believe this so declined his additional £547.99 quote) BUT... now my laptop used to have 16gb of ram, now it only has 512mb, I want to make it very clear my system DEFINITELY HAD 16GB OF RAM. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.

Had my computer for 2 weeks. Got the computer back with the same fault, still switches off intermittently. The standard of workmanship was like nothing you could imagine. Internal power wires had been cut and taped together with parcel tape. This is a SERIOUS health and safety risk. My house was at risk because of this SHODDY repair. I have since taken it to a reputable company (see other reviews) who diagnosed the fault within 24 hours and got the system back working to me within 48 hours. AVOID.Hopefully this review will prevent others from getting ripped off by this guy. Tony.

Wouldn't use again as my mac broke against 1 week after this guy tried to fix it. I don't think he knows how to fix macs properly!
