Very Very Poor service, plans were not completed within the agreed timeframe but instead delayed the project by 6 months.

Communication was non existent and when I did get hold of someone they were more obstructive than helpful.

All I ever heard were excuses from Julian Mamlock as to why the project was delayed, it was always everyone else's fault - holiday, sickness, the structural engineer (who was actually very good).

I would never use again
