New ideal Logic + Combi 30 Boiler installed in 2013. Poor drainage pipe installation resulting in blocked pipe and boiler fault. Honeywell CM927 Wireless thermostat failed screen went black. Replacement thermostat does not work on auto. Initially replacement not working at all as they failed to bind it to the BDR91 relay box. Boiler developed rattle and leaks. Sometimes slight smell of gas outside adjacent to exhaust vent. Really disappointed as attitude to our rights under consumer laws is appalling. As installation is so recent this should be sorted at no cost to us.
