Absolutely SHOCKING service from this company. Firstly sent e mail regarding ordering flowers. never answered. Secondly called & ordered flowers for a close family members funeral in Eastbourne that we sadly couldn't attend. Asked Bloomfields if possible to take a picture to show us how it looked, Said they would. 2 days after funeral asked to get picture of flowers sent, guarenteed it would get sent. 1 week after funeral, e mailed and called twice to yet again ask for picture AND also to have purchase receipt sent .. NOTHING .. as far as I am aware they could have taken our money and done nothing. It was a distressing time anyway but made worse by the service of this company. DO NOT order over phone.
