Appalling job of plumbing. Only had to fix the flush of the toilet, and he can't even do that. On the first visit he came out and fixed it, or so we thought. The toilet pipe burst, due to installing new (incorrect) pieces inside the toilet and messing with the plumbing causing pressure to build up, and flooded our upstairs bathroom causing damage to multiple walls, floors and carpets, ceilings, furniture, the lot. We called him to and he came out to fix this for the second time, and proceeded to have a go at us for tampering with it, after he assured us that it was safe to use and no chance of leakage after the first time (so why would we need to tamper with the plumbing?).

It has been less than 4hrs since he fixed it for a second time and it has started to leak again. All we wanted was to fix the flush.

Going to call a real plumber.

DO NOT USE. FIND A REAL PLUMBER. 10-01-22
