I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ann Cordey Estate Agents, Darlington. I found them to be unprofessional and inadequate. Along with their exorbitantly high fee this firm even attempted to try and charge a fee of £100 for recommending a solicitor that I had already instructed. I found this disgusting and unacceptable. I would never recommend Ann Cordey Estate Agents to anyone.
