Never usually write reviews but wanted to recommend this company after my experience. Spilt red wine on our cream, wool ( rental) carpet just before Xmas and in panic as to what to do, tried to find a carpet cleaner and contacted FibreSolve. Nathan rang me back within a few hours and took a lot of time to give me advice on what to do initially. I wasn't able to get him in to professionally treat the stain until now. He came yesterday and now the carpet is dry the stain is almost invisible. We have been saved from needing to buy a costly replacement which I really didn't think would be the case given that it was quite an old,visible stain and Nathan had given me an honest and realistic idea of the potential outcome beforehand. Probably his initial advice over the phone to me helped. Can't recommend him and Patti ( his assistant) more highly. Professional, reliable, helpful and honest. So glad I rang his company up.
