We had windows fitted by this company. One of the windows needs to be repaired. I have contacted the owner by phone, text and email with very little response. He has now referred us back to the builder who did not fit the windows. I am very concerned about what will happen if there are problems with the other windows as the owner refuses to recognise his responsibility.
