Appalling workmanship, lack of onsite supervision of workmen, no customer service skills by owner who is unpleasant at best. Had to get BALI and Bradstone Assured team involved to deal with our complaint. Eventually agreed remedial works however they used the incorrect materials twice amongst other issues. Definitely steer clear of this company. Does not live upto all the hype on their website. A disappointment.

Our garden design was installed from scratch by City Gardens and, despite encountering some very extensive subterranean tree roots that needed to be removed, it now looks brilliant!
The work involved the construction of an extensive patio, brick paved areas, lawn and gardens. In particular a large spherical water feature, in the form of an orb, needed to be constructed and, whilst this tested their ingenuity, it is an outstanding success.

Their attention to detail and concern for the aesthetics was evident throughout and we have no reservations about recommending them to others.
