Warning! Avoid this agent at all costs. I had them come to me to value my property and sell it on a 4 week agreement. After six weeks I asked them to take all the adverts down as they were useless and wanted me to do all the viewings. I never even signed a contract with them as they didn't bother sending it to me. After two weeks of asking they still won't remove my property from sale and basically just said tough. They are using shady tactics to make it look like they have loads of properties for sale. I have threatened legal action and involved the advertising standards agency and trading standards. They don't care and said do what you like. Everything about this company is useless and underhand. I know there are a couple of other local agents that have great reputations and I only wish I had been warned about this company beforehand. Please don't make the same mistake as I did and get involved with these cowboys... 11-06-14
