Loved this shop and have spent a lot of money in there in the past . My birthday birthday is coming up so travelled from Portsmouth especially to buy something. My husband and I are both exempt from wearing a face mask but as soon as we walked into the shop we were told immediately to put a mask on when we said were were exempt we were told it doesn't make any difference. We just said it's your loss then as I was quite prepared to spend a lot of money. Will not visit this shop ever again. Very disappointed. Never had this problem in any other shop. Instead spent my money in another local clothes shop
