Please be careful using this company. We can't move into a house they advertised as being habitable, it simply isn't if you value your health. They are happy to take your money but after advertising they ignore their duty of care and will refuse to help any further. Make sure you sign at the property and verify the items that were due to sorted out or replaced. We have been lied to on several occasions about repair works and items due to be replaced. This has caused myself and my partner alot of unneccessary stress as we have handed in notice at our current rental property already, now its looking like we will have to look again for another place whilst staying with friends. Although they were only marketing the property for the landlord, they should share responsibility for the property being ready to move into. Overall its the constant lying, lack of transparency, with-holding of landlord details until contract signed, and don't expect much in the form of service after you've sign the contract. I have phone call recordings in which they repeatedly say "its not their problem" that the house is uninhabitable. This was the the same day as signing for it! They don't care about customers, they care more about profiting from misleading people. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional, honest service.
