Arthur Architects designed the plans and structural drawings for our ground floor and loft extensions. Overall, not a fantastic experience and wouldn't use again.

Positives were that they were quite quick to come up with drawings and get planning permission.

However negatives are that their customer service is pretty poor - they will not answer further basic questions about the drawings unless you purchase their on-site package. All correspondence is performed by email and they are hard to get on the phone. We have incurred further cost due to the architects not explaining in detail the drawings and implications for the build. General customer service from them once they feel you are not going to buy further services is very poor.

Overall, not a great experience and would definitely not recommend them.
