Seriously let down by these folks... spent time waiting for their 3rd cab reviewing them...

We've been waiting so long that when we call them we get caught in to a kafka like trial of insulting denials about our predicament. It's not even a busy night, it's out of student peak and despite us having awesome service before we've Ben so let down. Don't order a cab from these folks as they have seriously let us done. I'm not ranting here, I have to write 100 characters to allow me to post here but I think it's worth doing to let anyone know why it's not a good idea to book, unreliable.
