This is an absolute joke of a service. I have used them twice and horrendous experience both times. You would think the drivers would know the streets of London instead of asking passengers (who are not even from the UK!) directions. the second time the driver didn't turn up in the morning and there was a panic to send another driver. also it was agreed over the phone that £40 would be paid but alas the driver made my dad pay £48. the worst experience ever, not worth the effort, please do NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE. They don't deserve your money. customer service is horrible too, they ended up blaming me! what a joke!
