We've used this firm for years, but booked for my husbands 40th bday over a week in advance with an agreed 8 seater with an agreed cost and they tried to cancel 30mins before, then offered 2 cars for more money, they argued, were rude, hung up on me!
Then called back and agreed to send cars for the agreed costs, but then the return cars, one stuck to the agreed cost but the other upped the price to line his own pocket!
Apparently the manager is both male and female! But bottom line, both extremely rude, have no management yet alone people skills, no moral or customer skills, and not at all bothered about keeping a customer relationship of over 25years! Shocking!!! Will never use again!!! 29-05-16
