If I could leave this company no stars I would, it is one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure to deal with, we are a shop and morning deliveries were arranged for approx. 6.30am to supply our customers with milk, the times the driver turned up kept rising until eventually he was delivering between 1-2 in the afternoon, this was bad enough but then he regularly didn't have enough milk on his van due to him coming so late to cover our order leaving our customers without milk and losing us income, despite dozens of emails and phone calls relating to all the problems it is almost impossible to get anyone to call you back so you are chasing all the time, when eventually you speak to someone they either pass you on to someone else or apologise and make excuses saying it wont happen again and then it does.
