I went in today looking for the Chanel No 5. I told the woman that I had seen the perfume on the Chanel website and it was £52 and was wondering if the shop had it in. She was very rude and belittled me by saying that ' you can not believe everything you see online. You should know that. You will not find it any cheaper anywhere else ' They were selling this perfume for £79.99 which I found cheaper in boots. She said this is a very nasty tone. I went into boots next door and found the exact one I had seen and bought that. So because of her you lost £52. I am a loyal customer and always come to this shop.


THIS WAS THE OLD BLOND LADY WHO WAS ON THURSDAY THE 16TH OF NOVEMBER AT 12:00PM.

I THINK YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR NEW STAFF.
