att and Tom are absolutely brilliant guys. In ten years of business they have never faulted yet. Always done what they said and in time. I've seen this bad review about the guys and found out it's an ex customer who was very rude and wouldn't pay his bill. I hope he gets what he deserves as Mathew and Tom don't deserve it. Awful experience for me and my wife. Matthew only completed half an £800 flooring job back in late October and I'm still waiting for a refund. Recently he insisted a partial refund of £260 would be paid only if I agreed not to leave a review. I feel that is close to blackmail and have no option but to start legal proceedings. To cap it all off he even sent an abusive email.
