Bought van from this trader and returned home (500 miles away) to find out that the underneath was rotten and should never have passed an mot. The trader uses an independent garage for his work and the quality of the repairs were shocking (fibreglass welding). After a very long process and having to go through trading standards because I was refused any sort of refund, I eventually got a refund but was hundreds of pounds out of pocket due to transport costs and having to pay to get van returned. I have learned my lesson never to trust a trader as he told me the van was immaculate ( which it was on the outside and no ramp facilities at dealers premises to check underneath I went on his word) In my honest opinion I would stay well clear unless you pay for an independent inspection beforehand like the RAC etc. Premises are small and dingy up a back alley in Carlisle also doesn't seem very professional.
