I recently purchased a bouquet of flowers for my mum on what would have been her golden wedding anniversary. My dad recently died and I thought these would cheer her up.

The £40 bouquet was hugely disappointing and I politely phoned Audstar to ensure that I hadn’t made a mistake whilst ordering.

I was met with with abuse before the phone was thrown down on me. When I called back to calm the woman down she refused to take my call.

To put it mildly I would not recommend using this business.
