We booked John to take the photos for our 25th Wedding Anniversary party and Wedding vows renewal at church in August 2012. He came to see us at our home and explained what he would do and how much he would charge and within that we would pick the photos for an album which he would provide. He seemed friendly and honest so we paid that night. He came took photos then we met him at his office and chose the photos for our album, he said we would have them in a couple of weeks. 2 years on and we still have no photos! We have been and seen him at his home he was very unapologetic and said he would get them to us but he has had family problems, again still no photos. We have rang left messages, texts and even face booked him, we have said it doesn't matter about the album just put the photos on a disc and send them and still no photos. We are now so fed up we are going to seek legal advise. So i would not recommend John Mothersdale to anyone.
