Donna has been amazing! All I needed to do was give her an outline of my ideas and a rough budget and she did all the rest and came up with loads of ideas to make my holiday even more special. My daughter and I are going to have an amazing and very special trip of a lifetime to Borneo. Can't wait! Booking through Donna has taken all the leg work and anxiety out of the holiday for me! We are thoroughly impressed with Donna's help, advice and patience. We just outlined our requirements, budget etc and Donna did the rest. She found us lots of great places and hotels, her personal touch and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. We're looking forward to a fab holiday in August. Donna also recommended some great restaurants to try out while we're there, a nice personal touch. This is our first experience of booking our holiday with Travel Counsellors and Donna. We're certainly not disappointed.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say that our honeymoon was everything I'd hoped it would be and perhaps even a little bit more! Everything ran perfectly with no hic-ups at all. Our legs suffered a little bit after climbing Mt Kinabalu but the views (including the sun rise) made it all worthwhile. The Shangri La and Sutera Harbour resorts made us feel like royalty which was such a delight to have on our honeymoon. We also thoroughly enjoyed our fresh fruit platters! Massive thanks from both Becci and I for doing such a faultless job arranging everything for us. It's a holiday that we will never forget for all the right reasons and I'll certainly be back in touch when we start thinking about future adventures and won't hesitate to recommend you to people in the future. I wanted to drop you a line to let you know that we had the most perfect honeymoon. Your recommendation to visit Sri Lanka was spot on! The room upgrade was the right thing to do as we had the most amazing views of the ocean and being all inclusive made the trip relaxed and hassle free. We took a couple of trips which I would highly recommend – we visited the elephant orphanage, and although a 3 hour road trip it was worth every minute. We also took a boat trip down the main river and visited cinnamon island and the turtle sanctuary. Our holiday would not have been complete without a ride on a tuk tuk – something not to be missed! Once again thank you for all the hard work you put into our trip and we hope to travel again soon.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Wanting to plan a holiday of a lifetime to suit 4 different people and their different ideas and having no idea of destination. Donna was able to give us some brilliant suggestions and we chose Thailand which suited everyone. Once the destination was agreed and a budget set Donna made the rest easy. Finding the ideal location and stunning hotel making our holiday perfect in every way. She went the extra mile with arranging airport parking, online check in, tours, transfers and even providing a gift voucher for magazines!! Donna filled us with a confidence that everything would go smoothly but would always be on hand in any eventuality. The whole holiday was completely stress free and just perfect in every way. Looking forward to using Donna's expertise for many years to come :-) Thank you Donna.

Donna has been amazing. Her organisational skills and knowledge is second to none. We returned from Las Vegas in April having experienced a completely stress free trip from the moment we checked in at the airport through to transfers, trips and a complete overall holiday experience. I am now using Donna's experience and knowledge to plan a multi trip holiday in September.
