Taxi drivers very friendly clean and tidy never had a problem with the drivers . However the woman who ansers the phone when u call is too busy haven a giggle and dusnt listin. Feel like your being interigated. Me and my 6 year old son was left standing in the freezing cold in minus degrees for TWO hours for her to keep saying my taxi was on its way! Well quess what! IT WASNT! While wee were frozen and she was havin her giggle their was no taxi for us infact it wasnt even put through!!! 5times i called and got told "it was on iys way" i was really angry as my son was shivering cold and hungry! Im making complaint to gcc she needs sacked if she cant bebotherd to do her job why should she b paid!!!!! As i say the drivers are gr8
