Unbelievably awful experience with this rude but more accurately hopeless company yesterday evening! Booked a taxi two hours in advance to pick us up half an hour before our dinner reservation (to be safe if there was a delay) Called to see what the delay was when they were ten minutes late, it’s on the way “get be me five minutes” Called again twice after another ten minutes, put the phone down on me both times. Got to speak to the driver who had ‘just’ picked the job up but was over ten minutes away. Never ever again - I’d rather walk than use this bunch of liars. No star review or better still negative or red alert would work for Passenger Cars!

we pre- booked a Taxi for last Friday evening at 1845hrs it did not turn up by 1900hrs so I called,7 times in all until a taxi turned up at 1930hrs.I phone at the Passenger Office was put down on me twice and I had to call from another phone as they would not answer my number that they had in the system.The driver said he had been sent somewhere else instead of to us as a lady had been waiting for an hour and a half.The taxi driver said he was leaving as the staff in the office were liars
We missed the reception drinks and had to rush straight into the concert.
Coming back we were charged an extra £7.00 because he had to wait for us for 10 minutes! Our fare wasn't reduced as our taxis was three quarter of an hour late.
