I had a central heating system fitted by these guys a few weeks ago in my late aunts house , I plan to use the property as a let , a week after they fit the system my friend the electrician went in to fit the thermostat , he noticed the pressure was low so he put some more water in, immediately he could hear water dripping , he went to see what it was and noticed water pouring down the wall in the living room, I got the floorboards up to find an unsoldered joint , 2 weeks later I went in to put the heating on because I had 3 viewings that day , after 10 minutes or so I could see water pouring down the wall by the front door , I rang and rang Paul , no answer , so I text him and his father, I ended up having to empty , repair and refill a heating system again that I just paid £2700.00 for , I have still had no reply from either of them, what made it worse when I removed the floor boards in every room to double check , I found off cuts of pipes , old pipe and boxes the taps came in thrown under the floor boards, no very professional at all.
