Totally dissatisfied with service carried out by your Kimberley agency (Ph.0115 735 1194).Recent service to our toilet cistern for flushing fault cost £230.Many calls about serious leakage following the repair seem to have been ignored,deliberately.Twice stated they would call round,but no contact since. Numerous calls to above number have gone unanswered - phone rings but no response.Same applies to your Nottingham number 0800 112 0316 .In the meantime we are having to deal with consequent flooding and related odour. Is this the way you treat pensioners who are in their late seventies and ill with it? Are you going to deal with this now very urgent matter? 04-12-14
