Not good, not through even when asked to do a better job. Left bins full, didn't clean whole rooms when she didn't feel like it. Changed the time she came without asking me, when that caused me issues (her hoovering while I was working from home and on conference calls), she refused to change it back to what we agreed.

Then finally I cancelled and she refused to return my keys, eventually I got one of my door keys back but she kept one as her "security", and claims to be handing it to the police.

Odd woman, avoid using her.
