WARNING these people will take you money and not return when asked. Our roller door is left incomplete with parts missing, no safety devices. Trojan Doors will not answer the phone, voicemails or emails. Thanks for relieving me of almost £1000. Trojan are rip off merchants!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I had a roller garage door fitted by trojan in August 2013 . I have just had to have a new door fitted by a new contractor because it fused all my electrics .the wire was severed by the rollers . The motor could not be repaired . All the rollers were damaged because of incorrect fitting. I tried on numourous occasions to contact trojan by phone text and email initially they promised to come but never showed . I never got a receipt for my 800.00 pounds or an invoice . The new contractor said the fitters trojan had ruined a perfectly good door by shoddy and dangerous fitting . Do not l buy a garage door from trojan!!
