I didn't recognise my bike when I went to collect it after its service, the fairing wasn't fitted correctly and some parts that hold it into place were missing.
When I approached them about correcting the issue they said that they would stay on later to fix it and I could collect it the next day.
Checking the bike over the next day I find that very little if anything had been done so I went into the shop to enquire. The owner of the shop said that the work had been done to which I informed him I was not happy that the problem had been corrected and that I would have to take it to Fowlers to get the them to investigate, to which he replied that I would be wasting my time.
Witnessing the poor level of customer relation skills being displayed by the owner and manager of this shop I quickly realised that he was right, I indeed was wasting my time. I took the bike home and removed the fairing myself and found the bits of the fairing weren't clipped in place correctly along with yet more missing bits.
Aside from the fairing issue the service itself is sloppy and lazy, nothing is wiped clean while it is off of the bike and anything that moves is covered in white grease and copper slip, which would fine but they don't even bother to wipe it from the components near the moving parts.
I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
