AWFUL- AVOID. The worst treatment I have ever experienced for my animals at any vet. The vet dragged my tiny dog who had a fit and was very sick across the car park, then screamed at him when he tried to resist being dragged up a concrete slope to the surgery. I had to intervene, and there are witnesses to this cruelty. The vet was rude, offhand and left false statements in my dog's medical history which completely contradict his veterinary records even though it was the first time she had ever met my dog. which she refused to alter when I asked why she had written untrue statements. Response to my complaint was that 'the vet was under time pressure'. Unforgivable and shockingly bad. 10-07-21
