Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! Is NOT Deaf friendly! DOES have an email address but NEVER EVER replies to emails. has lied about 'not receiving them' but the system has not returned them as undelivered and has accurately placed them in the sent box. so clearly they HAVE received them! Have NOT replied to any text messages sent to their telephone number (delivery confirmed by cell phone) and so HOW are some of us able to retrieve our prescriptions when we have no-one to collect for us and are in shielding??? BE WARNED! Do NOT rely on this dreadful set up!!
