Dreadful, don't trust this company. Took the day off work for a boiler service, booked in plenty of time. Phone call at 10am saying they can't come. It seems they have one gas engineer covering an area from Leeds to Scarborough, for both pre-booked and emergency work. A reliable source tells me that they send non-gas-trained staff out to gas jobs, and are chronically disorganised. I've fed this back to Homeserve and asked for my job to be allocated to another company.
