Superwarm Edinburgh AKA Bodge-it, Bodge-it & Scarper.

Took them on trust and left them in the house alone for 2 days.

Requested boiler to be vented out through external wall.............returned home to find it vented out through the roof - without consultation.

Paid for 7 TRV's to be fitted..........only fitted 6.

Hammer holes left in Plasterboard.

Large hole left in floor where the old tank raft had been removed and not made good.

Hadn't a clue how to programme a wireless timer. They had two attempts then gave up and wanted to fit a "Hard wired" one.

Boiler was fitted to BS................just.

"Fill loop" left in situ.........contravening 2004 Water Act (Scotland).

No aftersales.

Shoddy, Illegal and unsafe workmanship and generally very unprofessional.

Fitted just over 12 months ago and already had the Manufacturer out to repair the boiler.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
