I am so upset & angry with this salon. I had a cut & colour a few months ago & my hair is ruined. I usually have a half head of highlights twice a year & my hair looks natural & healthy. I moved to Chichester & so tried this salon as I was handed a half price leaflet in town. The hairdresser didn't listen to me & seemed to have her own ideas. I was shocked when I saw my hair & she was rude & dismissive when I told her I was unhappy. She dyed my hair a brassy blonde rather than highlights, within weeks Ihad a regrowth meaning I'd have to return. My hair was in a terrible condition & still hasn't recovered. I have been to another hairdressers in town who was disgusted & has told me it will take a long time to get my hair back to a healthy, natural look. Normally I would go back to complain but I don't see the point as the hairdresser was so aarrogant I felt intimidated.
