Had to wait for over 20 minutes then was over charged by more than double the rate - £15 for a 1.3 mile journey. When I called two days later to enquire about cost for the same journey I was quoted £7. Uber charged £5.18 and arrived within 5 minutes was polite and curtious. Ritz Cars was abusive and threating over the telephone. I do not recommend
